OPERATIONS: Workflow diagram
This is a day in the life of actually producing your product or creating and delivering your service -- walk us through the mechanics of doing so. Important stages that you want to address include: 1) order entry, 2) order processing and fulfillment, 3) production, 4) order delivery, 5) customer billing/payment, 6) after-sales service, 7) product usage, 8) returns and claims. ReplyDeleteGreat job on the workflow diagram! It's great to see the diagram of an existing and successful firm. The level of detail is great and the easy to follow. With the different revenue drivers that you have, its no wonder there are as many different directions it can go. Great work on a not so simple task(or at least for me!)
