2) What are the three most important things that you learned in this class?

I learned to interview my clients more often... I learned that while feedback is great, many people look at my business through a different lens... I learned how to access professional journals which is helpful.

3) Which exercise(s) you found the most useful?

Interviewing my clients times 10. 

4) Which exercise(s) you found the least useful?

The industry exercises. I understand how they are important, but my goal is to create something the current industry is looking for, not something it already has. 

5) What is the one recommendation you would make to the students who are going to take this course in the future?

Start your business and then do the business plan;-). If I would have written a full business plan before launching my business, I never would have launched.
